1. What BuilderPad is

BuilderPad is software that lets teams publish software projects, roadmaps and development tasks, optionally deploy a project token, and fund task rewards through smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. BuilderPad is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian or escrow agent.

2. Accounts

You sign in by signing a message with a wallet you control. You are responsible for your wallet and its keys; BuilderPad never asks for or stores seed phrases or private keys and cannot recover them.

3. Non-custodial funds

Task rewards and development treasuries are held by the BuilderPad treasury smart contract, not by the operator. Only the project's owner and on-chain treasury managers can release, refund or withdraw project funds, as the contract allows. The operator can pause new deposits and change fees within the contract's hard cap, but cannot move project or escrowed funds.

4. Fees

Fees (token launch, treasury deposit, task payout) are set on-chain in basis points or wei and are shown before you sign any transaction. Network gas is paid to the network, not to BuilderPad.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you publish. You grant the operator a license to host and display it. You must not publish unlawful content, malware, phishing links, impersonation, or misleading claims about any token.

6. No investment advice

Nothing on BuilderPad is an offer or solicitation to buy any token or security. Activity metrics are factual records of development activity, not ratings. See the Token Risk Disclosure.

7. Moderation

We may hide content, block links and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Moderation never moves funds.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The software and smart contracts are provided "as is". Smart contracts can contain bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company legal name] is not liable for losses arising from smart contracts, networks, wallets or third-party services.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
