When to open a dispute

If you submitted work and believe it was wrongly rejected, left without review, or the task was cancelled after substantial work, open a dispute from the task page.

What happens

BuilderPad moderators review the task, submissions, review notes and linked pull requests, and record an outcome: resolved for the contributor (the task returns to review so the project can approve and pay), resolved for the project, or dismissed.

Limits

Moderators cannot move funds. Escrowed rewards can only be released or refunded by the project's on-chain operators, as the treasury contract enforces. Dispute outcomes, project responses and moderation actions are recorded and may inform reputation and moderation decisions.
